Lite-On Freezes When I Put Games In??

I just flashed a lite-on drive and it seemed to work fine, so i put my xbox back together and now realized that when it reads the game fine, then freezes usually sometime before the main menu of games or during the main menu. After this happens, any disc i put in gives me the "open tray" message when i try to load them.

Any ideas as to whats wrong?? I know it isnt the games because i play them on another xbox that i flashed with no problems.
