Hi , Hope someone can help with this problem , I have a liteon 74850C and I saved my Inquiry, Identify, and Dummy bin with no problems I then went on to erasing the drive and then recycled the drive power on and off and the computer froze. I cannot even eject the dive now and when connected to the p-c it just constantly freezes the p-c. Please can anyone help me with this one?

This indicates you have your Via drivers installed. Make sure they are uninstalled from add/remove programs and then....
1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-Enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-Boot PC.
Hi i,m using win xp and i have done two of these drives before with no problem , Also i can not eject the drive now in the 360 or on the xecuter adaptor ??.
You are a star my friend , I think the reason for the driver issue was i had changed my dvd rom. The Driver issue sorted it , Many Many Thanks for your help , Very Much Appreciated
