Hey everyone, I'm having an issue flashing a Liteon 93450c drive. I'm confident that I've extracted the correct key using a vampire probe and that I've written the new, correct firmware correctly on to the drive but when I plug it back into my Xbox 360, it tries to open the drive and that's about it, even if I tell it to close it, it tries then it goes back to opening it but it doesn't seem to even try. Could I have connected something incorrectly? Damage some connection or the board or have I just not correctly fixed my traces(used silver conductive glue)? Or did I not write the firmware correctly? Any solutions?

Sounds to me like maybe one of your ribbons wasn't connected fully or you knocked the tray mechanism when taking the board out of the drive.

Dont even think about how i do this 1 handed... just know i do and i can kick your ass at CoD, Gears, SF, VF .. get the picture *wink*
