Liteon 9xxx series flashing problem. Pad help...

So i attempted to do the flash but i think i used a solder gun that was too hot for the board. I killed the pad and trace line, not pad 101 but another one(it is in the white box and its broken up to where the cut point is). Is this fixable or am i now considered a moron. I have never had a problem flashing up until this. Hopefully i can learn from my mistakes. I'd like to thanks everyone at afterdawn for all your help. This is the only forum i use to gather information on any 360 related stuff. I have had many things solved just by searching or asking the general population on here... Here is the pic.

well u can see if you can use a wire to line up the traces,if the board gets hot,its shot,i done this too 2 boards,
