I have a lite-on drive that I want to flash....If I were to get the Blaster CK3, would this be the best & easiest way to flash the drive?

no because you still need a LT Switch/Clip if you flashing a liteon 83850C v1, 83850C v2
or 93450C series


Best hardware to use is

X360USB Pro (If needed)
CK3 Lite/Pro
CK3 Probe V3

huh? No you don't! the 83850 v1 doesn't even need a probe and the LT switch / clip is a piece of crap.

Cheapest method is to buy a vampire probe and xtrator, cut traces and dump, solder back, then flash. The x360usb or lizard will be the easiest way but not the cheapest.

I will bang this drum until I am blue in the face. The PMT probe method is far and away the easiest adn cheapest way to do this. No cutting. No soldering.
