Hi guys,
ive been away from the XBOX scene especially that my XBOX cant be jtagged and banned so ... only offline gaming and my drive is flashed with IX 1.5.
My questing is, with the recent DVD firmwares LT bla bla bla, does MS still get to ban people. (i know they can do a wave anytime) but is it a common thing as with the september 2009?
Im considering getting a new one for online gaming and im considering the option of flashing the drive and play on live (otherwise i have my current xbox).
I also have originals i play with in PSN with my PS3 so, im more about xbox exclusives.

I have a lt and ive been playing online and so far according to that tutorial taht shows you if your flagged or not i am not flagged it says. but hey noone knows anything for sure so its all up to you if you want to risk it or not

I would advise you to still stay off live when the ban hits to see how LT holds up or likely doesn't.

ive got LT aswell there was some checks on the live logs but c4eva said that it was safe and theres a new LT+ for xbox slim coming soon no eta so if we get banned with this new dash i will invest in a new slim and put LT+ on it

I guess that would be my same line. The thing is I already have to invest in a Jtaggble box so ... I'd rather stay with my actual offline console and play online with PS3 untill I get a slim with the LT+ FW.
