Looking to get some advice on all the changes on the new games and dash update. So i have been looking at alot of post and still abit confused. My question is will i have to update to the new dash to play the new games which will cause me to have to burn all my old backups again or is there away to play both with out redoing that, if it helps i never go online. My other is if i put a new game in the the older flashed xbox will it mess it up or just wont play. Thanks for any help you guys give and do you think that i need to have 2 xbox one for older games and 1 for new to keep me from reburning alot of games or did i read into it wrong

since my jtag console died; i too am in this boat. haven't kept track of these changes, since i couldn't be bothered with it. but no i have to, i do not know for sure.
...edit....
after updating to the new dashboard that has ap25, old backups and lt+ will not work anymore on drives that support ap25 (fat samsung and some older fat hitachi's do not support ap25 checking at all).
so after the update of the new dashboards, all old copies don't work anymore (except on samsungs and hitachi's?).
after new lt+ firmware is released, old copies don't work any more either (except samsung and hitachi's).
on the current lt+ firmware there is a safety check that prevents booting of old unsafe copies on the new dashboard that expect ap25 checking. hence old copies that used to work on old dashboard and lt+ will not work on new dashboard with a dvd drive that now does ap25 checking, this is a safety feature of lt+.
hopefully there will be a 'boot'em all' lt+ fw for samsungs and hitachi that does not have this safety feature, meaning that any new lt+1.9/2.0 will also boot backups patched for lt+1.1 for the old drives that do not have ap25 checking and are already banned. since they are banned, any safety feature is not useful and since the are not ap25 check capable, they hopefully will let old backups boot.
so the possible combinations are:
---on the old dashboard with the current lt+1.1/1.0 cfw. all backups work.
---on the new dashboard with the current lt+1.1 with ap25 capable drives = old backups do not work. this is safety feature of lt+1.1 since the new dash expects the new ap25 challenges from the drive read of the disc, since old backups do not have them, the system will be flagged. hence the safety feature, these games will only show a black screen
---on the new dashboard with a drive that does not ap25 checking (hitachi/samsung), i think/hope old copies will still work on the new dashboard. these drives are not capable of ap25 checking, so this isn't possible at all. i might think old copies will still boot on these new dashboard, since no ap25 checking can be done any ways. and that is the newest feature of the dashboard. some 360 users have done this, and backups apparantly boot oke. but for samsungs there will be a new lt+1.9/2.0, so not sure if old copies will still work on the new lt+1.9/2.0 fw. if so, i hope there will be a boot em all fw for these drives that do not have ap25 checking and are banned already, this will not render old collection of backup games useless.
