i read some german forums and some hebrew forums- and in the hebrew forums it says that MS can find out the modded xbox's even if the game was stealth checked by abgx, and even before the 5th wave. they say it has something to do with the "speed" of the modded drive- they check its "speed" and if its a bit faster or slower ul get banned.
i've never heard of something like that in the german's forum.
so does any one know is this thing in the hebrew forums is right?
of course if you play a game before its release date or play a bad stealth game ul be band as well.

That is why LT firmware was made. To mimic stock firmware responses. As for Hitachi LT firmware, C4E said there would be Hitachi support. But at the rate they have been pumping out LT firmware, I'm guessing it will probably take 6 months or more before you'll see it.

hitachi's are ALWAYS the last to get fw updates. i have a modded hitachi but will be modding my virgin liteon tomorrow if that gives you any indication of my faith in a speedy LT hitachi release.

I'm guessing that there will no longer be any firmware updates for hitachi, there are sooooo many hitachi revisions and they are getting quite old now. The last FW update for the hitachis was 1.51, all the other have 1.6, 1.61 & BenQ's and Lite On's now have LT.
