so if i understand right if i flash to LT+ i can update to the kinect dash, and i will have no problems playing any of the new games or kinect games. and do i have to still update the dash manually or can i let the game do it automatically

yes that's correct, you can use the internet or let the game do it, but the games must be patched with AP 25 patches with the latest ABGX 360 otherwise they just won't run, it's a safety pre caution
