Ok please dont yell at me tell me to use the search, I have already searched. Some people say you are going to get banned for playing on live while others say that they have been playing for years with a modded Xbox.
So my question is how likely are you going to get banned if you play a backup on live that is stealthed and one you made?

Chris, I was banned for the exact same thing, I would remove it immediately. Btw, that site is a scam, I too believed it though... I got 50 points to buy a 12 month xbl membership (took me ages to get with free offers). I purchased it, and it never turned up, 3 months later I am still waiting.
