Ok i have a modded 360 flashed with jungle flasher 1.5 and well my question is will i get banned if i try to play a legit copy of modern warfare 2 online i been able to play all my backed up games online with out any problem but im not trying to buy modern warfare 2 if i cant use it online i might as well buy a new xbox first so can i get away with it as long as its been or they still banning?

You'll eventually getting banned sometime soon. Depends though, some play for weeks or months and nothing. My brother was banned after a week. You might want to wait while until the LT comes. I'm sooo tempted to try as well, cause I hate playing it on the ps3. I'm getting alittle impatient for the LT firmware.
