Well i recently found out that Microsoft is not being soft after all and banning all modified xbox 360 consoles from xbox live services...now i want to ask that i have the original mw2 copy that i bought from "GAME" at 12.01 am on 10.11.09 in australia i am just wondering about my chances of getting banned cause i have a moded 360 with BENQ vad6038 drive i played mw2 the night i bought it and loved it just want to know if anyone can help me ....

No one will be able to tell you if you will get banned or not. It also doesn't matter what drive you have in your console, if its modded... then there is chance you will get banned. There is no way to tell if your console has been flagged or if it will be banned the next time you go online. The only that I can say is that if you want to keep the ability to install games to your Hard Drive, then stay offline... but by doing that... you're banning yourself anyway.
