I recently received a refurbished Xbox-360 from Microsoft after sending my old one in for "RROD" issues. As soon as I recieved the new console I transferred over the DLC to the new console and did the media update and dashboard update. My problem is that when I try to play some .AVI movies Not all, from my USB hard drive they will play for 5-10 minutes then I get an error content may not be supported with an error code "69-8007045D". I contacted support and here is their response:
