This is by far the easiest (and noobiest way to get a nuke). The only problem is that you have to be 45 to unlock one man army.

Put your classes like this:
Class 1
Primary: Noob tube (I use m203)
Secondary: (replaced by one man army)
Equipment: Claymore
Special grenade: stun/flash.
Perk 1: One man army
Perk 2: Hardline
Perk 3: Ninja (so you don't get detected by heart beat sensors)

Class 2 (changes noted in red)
Primary: Noob tube (I use m203)
Secondary: (replaced by one man army)
Equipment: Tactical insertion
Special grenade: stun/flash.
Perk 1: One man army
Perk 2: Hardline
Perk 3: Ninja (so you don't get detected by heart beat sensors)

Class 3 (changes noted in red)
Primary: Noob tube (I use m203)
Secondary: (replaced by one man army)
Equipment: C4 (if you have it unlocked)
Special grenade: stun/flash.
Perk 1: One man army
Perk 2: Hardline
Perk 3: Ninja (so you don't get detected by heart beat sensors)

Class 4 (changes noted in red)

Secondary: (replaced by one man army)
Equipment: Claymore

Perk 2: Cold-blooded (incase the enemy gets an AC130)
Perk 3: Ninja (so you don't get detected by heart beat sensors)

Class 5 (changes noted in red)
Primary: Noob tube (I use m203)
Secondary: (replaced by one man army)
Equipment: Semtex
Special grenade: stun/flash.
Perk 1: One man army
Perk 2: Cold-blooded (incase the enemy gets an AC130)
Perk 3: Ninja (so you don't get detected by heart beat sensors)

I have my kill streaks Precision Airstrike, AC130, Nuke (I put down the airstrike on the enemies spawn at the start of a new Demolition round)

Then what you do is find a good camping place; setup two claymores (if you put more than two the first placed one will explode) and throw c4 near them... just don't stand near the claymore. Then change your class to your tactical insertion one and put it down incase you die. Then change to semtex class. Now you have a nearly inpenetrable base where you can spray noob tubes at enemy spawn points/bombs etc. If enemy air support is called change your class to a Class with Cold-Blooded.

I have gotten one nuke with this tactic but I have only used this method for about 30 games (I would have had 2 more but I didn't have nuke selected). This works best in demolition. If you find that you are dying on the 20's try changing the Precision Airstrike to Stealth Bomber. It also works well with predator, precision airstrike, AC130... when I was on a roll I got an AC130 each game for 5 games.

Note: I do not condone camping, nor noob tubing. Before I discovered this tactic I would send hate mail to anybody that noob tubed. This is simply an easy way to get nukes
