My BenQ Drive Broke! Need Help Switching Drives

So This Is My Situation

I have One Xbox 360 It has A BenQ Drive which is Flashed.
That Drive Doesn't Work Anymore.
I Have Another Brand New BenQ Drive which is not Flashed.

I Have The Original Firmware Of the Broken BenQ
So I want to use it to switch the New BenQ into my xbox which at the momment has no drive

How can I do this and what programs do I need and please give me a step by step tut on how to do this thanks

if u use jungleflasher to just flash the firmware that u already have it will be a piece of cake, download the jf pdf tutorial, as i got told and it worked for me.
