My drive won't stay shut!!!!

my drive is a lite-on and it keeps ejecting i flashed it using the Xbox as power and now the board is screwed. I tried another drive it does the same thing, i don't know what is wrong with board looks fine.

I had one last week doing this, i tried many things - none of which worked tbh. I bought a new drive (around £20) and flashed it with the key off the old drive and it now works fine.

For the price of a new drive you may aswell just get one - less hassle.

I have another drive but not flashed just plugged it in
And it does the same as the old drive. Isnt it suppose to play
DVDs if not flashed right?
