So once I saw the update, I flashed back to stock just to be safe. I updated, and could tell it was flashing the drive. I heard frequent power cycles. After the update, I reflashed my drive. My drive is a Lite-On 74850C Here are the games that work and don't work:

Doesn't Work (Acts like AP2.5 Challenge):
Halo: Reach
Need 4 Speed: Hot Pursuit

Works:
Kinect Sports
Joy Ride
Kinectimals
Rio The Game
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II

I will update this with more info as I get it.

umm good findings but all ap 2.5 games wont work will need a repatch,all old non ap2.5 games do work,its been tested

well what i did its,i had an extra lite on drive,i flash that with the xbox live fw for the new disc format,and i just installed my old lite on with the lt plus to play the my non ap2.5 back ups
