my HANA chip is fried i tihnk?

well the thing is i got the rrod and i had it fixed before, then i took it to someone else, the tried to fix it with the reflow and stuff and they couldnt get it too work and said they think the HANA chip is fried...i have a banned xbox i rarely use, could i take the chip out of that and replace it? or take some of the internals out of that one to fix it? any help please!!

if you tried and fix the board and it cant come back to life,,junk it,,you will spend countless hours for nothing,

ok so gutting out the modded xbox and putting some parts into the broken one wont work?

if you think your good at reflowing the parts then try it,,but the time and effort you put in to it my not be worth it,,

well my buddy fixes them and stuff but he wasnt sure if you could take some internals from it and swap them to make it work..i dont wanna swap them and end up with nothing

you have to be very good in reflowing solder for this to work,,and yes if you dont do it right, you will end up with nothing

i know its not what you want to here,,but i fix them to and if it takes me more then 3 times to fix the board,,i chuck it,,not worth it,,better of getting another one,,
