I have a moded xbox but i dont know which firmware it has, i burnt a back up copy but i only get the xbox logo on the screen, anyone have any idea what im doing wrong?

that tutorial is very very straight forward and pretty much holds your hand the whole way.

and yes... you do have to open your box.

a couple things...

if you have older firmware you might need the activate .iso to run the newer games and that's why you're getting the screen you're getting.

make sure you understand the guide before you go forward. read it 2 or 3 times (should take less than half an hour) and then try. updatingan already modded drive is pretty easy (with connectivity kitsof course) but you still wanna make sure you do it right.
