Had some free time this week, just got my appendix taken out so I thought I would give case modding a try. I had an extra samsung drive laying around and thought I would cut it up.
Hoping that you guys would watch my very short video on youtube and tell me what you think and how I could improve it. Thanks

That's pretty cool. Nice job! I've seen the mod kits that they had for the Sammy and Hitachi drives, but that was when I had a BenQ drive, and was bummed that they didn't make that for them.
Pretty funny that you decided to cut up your drive after your doctor was cutting you up! I remember getting my appendix taken out... Before it came out, that pain sucked!
But again nice mod! And yeah, the sound cuts out on the video :(

Never thought of it that way. That pain was something that I prey I never feel again. Took me three days to decide to go back to the doctor. When I got there they put me right in to surgery because it was about to burst.
I am glad you like the case. New to case modding and what not. Takes a lot of time. I have 2 weeks off of work so I might try a case next. I have saw many great ones and allways wanted to do one myself.

Yeah I've wanted to do case mods on the 360, but just got lazy about it. If I do a case mod on the 360, it will be on it's side, and will just be a window mod. But I want it to be like 2 windows, so that the logo "Xbox 360" in the middle is still intact.

That is what I was thinking about doing. I wouldnt mind doing somehting more but I want to keep it simple for my first one.

Stuff the mod, You have a air hockey table!!?
I don't see many of them these days. Just a few in some of the beach resorts around me!

Wow, so they actually just came out with a mod for the BenQ drives to have a window showing. To bad I don't have BenQ anymore :(

I think they should of left out the B.Q because you could use it on the Lite-ON.
