Anyone heard about the reward program invites that Microsoft has sent out to certain people? It just seems like a really random thing to do? Here is a link about it.
I have heard about it from several different sources including Joystiq, Planet360, and Xbox Scene News. I think this email is legit, because I know these sources would check it out before posting it.
It is legit, I got one myself. Maybe its the sceptic in me, but I'm not going for it. Makes me think of the old Pay Per View trap, call now to get your free t-shirt, then you get bagged cause you never ordered the event. I play way to many backups online to care about this promo anyway.
Do you buy a lot of arcade games, because I have read that people believe it is Microsoft's way of rewarding good customers, like people who buy a lot or have had gold for years.
Never purchased anything. In fact, i just bought my gold membership about 6 months ago. I believe that is part of what the program covers. Kind of like frequent flyer miles.

read it has nothing to do with years of Gold. Ive had it for a few years, and spent a good bit of cash on MS points. nothing for me. Dont really care either.
