I have original copy and when i run it on abgx.It says verification fail
THERE is no verified rip of this xex/ss in online database

Nothing, he has a retail copy anyway. I've been online early for a ton of games, only been banned because of an unstealth backup back in the day of unstealth firmware.

Just kidding... to each their own. I just look at it in the eyes of Microsoft... what would they want to do if someone was playing a game before the release date...

Because were monitoring the newsgroups for the moment of release. Queueing it up from work to download now. I always go on live the day I get the game (normally early) and havn't been banned yet (going on 2 years) knock on wood.

Question regarding ABGX
If it says verification fails -- then auto fix it to level 3 and then it passes is it "safe" for XBL?
As safe as safe can be that is....

first of all, why is the op trying to verify the game if he has the orig. copy? secondly playing a game early (with the orig. of course) is not going to get you banned at all. how many beta testers do you think there are in the world? do you think ms has a list of everyone? no. if you have the orig copy and you are not on a modded console, then by all means feel free to go on xbl. without any worry of repercussions.

Great point, why even worry if its original? SOunds kinda shady to me.

Be more clear and concise, are you trying to go on live with the original, or with the backup of the original? If its the backup then no, theory states your not safe till a day or two after the release date, which is when u can be 100% and verified.
I believe this has been discussed over and over again.

its a great site, but ive been getting a lot of my stuff from nzbmatrix lately just because of the increased speed and all. ill get some small files like the new Jf's or the firmware packs from BC to keep my account active though. so now im just waiting until the game gets thrown up on NZB, but i can wait, i have other games to play, lol.

Oh, I know it's a good site. Was on there since 2006. They recently did something where you had to input some characters and all and I wasn't on and totally missed it so my account got purged. I miss BC though.

well it finally hit NZB an hour or so ago. to bad i wont download it until i get home from vacation since i have a lot of other stuff im getting up here, lol. about the 'fake' page, you might have had the chance to get onto the IRC and get that fixed out a while back, i know a buddy of mine had to do that when he didnt pay attention to what was going.

ntsc-u is a usa version right? i tried this game and it just says mixed media disc on dashboard. came as an iso with no .dvd file, burned with clonecd at 4x on verbatim and not booting up.

well perhaps you should do what any smart person would have and run it through agbx first. that would have solved your no dvd file part at least.
