hi all i have need for speed shift on pal version. when backing up abgx cant download patch for verification. does any one know why never had this problem before .

Having problem with need for speed shift too
I am on firmware 1.4, so patch all my wave 3 isos with ppfomatic which has been fine, (yes I know i should update my fw which i will eventually)
recently, with new wave 3 games like rock band beatles, dirt 2 and now need for speed shift , I am having continual burn and load problems, leading me to think that maybe these new games cannot be patched properly anymore???
anyway, with need for speed shift, burnt 3 times, everytime it loads the game fine, but when I try to load the test lap it just hangs. Tried three different isos, three different dvds, and also tried burning the game to the hard drive, which fails on 49% saying "cannot read disc"
any ideas?

ive just tried to patch need 4 speed shift using abgx and it wont verify just been to look at their updates and its not in their database yet only the NTSC copy

my copy works not sure if i should play on line until abgx360 updates there data base and where do you go to check whats in there data base

It wont be in the database yet as the game was only officially released today for pal systems, give it a day or 2 it will eventually verify, as for playing online the choice is yours, wait a couple of days or play, i have been playing mine for 2 days now( unverified) with no probs!!

guys, obviously you need to wait. Do you really think it will be verified if the game isn't even officially released yet?
