Ok, so I have a Lite-On drive and am using the CK3 Lite Kit with the Probe. I turn the CK3 on and get the blue light, and then I eject the tray, turn it off, and push it halfway in without problem. NOW, when I turn the CK3 back on, the computer either reboots or freezes up. (I made sure the CK3 had it's own power supply also)..........IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX THIS?

I am assuming you are using the VIA SATA card. If so, you will need to remove the driver:

1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-Boot PC.

The 2 files aren't going to be in the device manager. You need to disable the VIA Card in the device manager. You are looking for something like this:

Make sure the PCI card is properly seated. It should be seen in Device Manager.
