The ps3 version of marvel ultimate alliance 2 download content and batman arkane is free and you can download.
Xbox says it will be free also but those bastards put it for gold subscribers only not silver. I don't play on live as i don't have time so getting gold is pointless. Is there anyway i can get the download content for batman arkane and marvel allinace 2?

I only use those, since it have a cost/benefit for me: I only put the code when I´m gonna have the hole weekend free.
But it just let you play, it doesnt give gold member status. I found out when I couldn´t download the RE expansion... Yeah, I had even bought M$ points, but couldn´t download cause I wasn´t gold.
You can download the DLC with a Silver membership after it's been available to Gold subscribers for 7 days.
If you're really desperate for it you could create a new gamertag to get the 1 month Gold trial, then download it using that. You get 3 trials per console but you have to use each one with a new gamertag, so that will work as long as you haven't used all 3 trials already.

thats odd, i've been using them for the last 3 months and have been able to download a lot of DLC stuff.
