All of the other backups work just fine. I used the ppf fix file on the first 2 discs. I didn't see a fix for disc 3, but I get the open tray error for disc 3 (It doesn't recognize the disc). I am buring on DVD+R DL Verbatim. They always worked fine for me before. Please advise. Thanks!

the fix is the same for all discs... apply that to the disc
