Hi here my problem
i got a bricked samsung ms25 drive (jungleflasher freeze while writing bank 0) i tried everething to unbrick it without any luck.
now i decided to buy a new samsung drive (will receive it tomorrow, it will be an ms 25 or ms28, dont know ) now my biggest concern is that i have my key for my original samsung drive but dosn't have the original firmware. the firmware i have with the key is ixtreme 1.6, does this cause problem as i wish to unbrick my old samsung drive using the hotswap method.?
also can anyone guide me with the hotswap , and by the way i dont have a via card. i use my board sata wich is an intel chipset. so will i be able to hotswap and recover my drive or if i absolutely need a via chipset sata card? also if i can't hotswap my drives can i just flash my new one with my old ixtreme 1.6 firware and reflash it after to 1.61?
