Hi guys and thanks for the forum.I'm looking for some help I have just bought a new benq drive and want to no the steps to get it in vendor mode in JF.I'm not sure whether I press benq unlock as its a new drive does it come with normal firmware? or do I have to press device intro/id.I already have the key off my old drive.Any help would be appreciated.

just click device intro, and it should put it into vendor mode. might have to do a power cycle on it though.

1st: connect benq drive/turn on benq /eject tray/turn benq off/push tray halfway in/turn drive back on (((this puts it in vendor mode)))
2nd: click benq unlock
3rd: click read
4th: then jf will propmt you to save benqOFW (save it)
5th: then it will ask you do you want to auto load firmware (i always click no to be on the safe side. (i rather load my own to know if im loading the correct fw)
6th: it will show your drive keys off the new benq drive but we dont need those keys we need your keys from the drive you took from the xbox. click open source firmware/click your OFW keys
7th: click open target firmware/ click on the iextreme firmware that your flashing to the benq/spoof source to target/click the tab mtk flash 32/click write/click outro/ata reset....then your finished
