Hi guys,
I just got banned. I never played online and just used the silver stuff to check what's like. I never thought that it would touch my HDD installation options. Now that it has been done I really feel sick since I was planning on getting a year live gold membership and got banned. (toxic backups probably)
Im really want to know what are your thought about either getting a new XBOX360 or a PS3 Slim.
In my opinion if i get a 360 ill play backup with it so i risk the banning hammer again. If i get a PS3, ill only play (BUY) exclusives (Originals) and get online access for free. and I can always play my backups on XBOX 360 offline (too noisy though).
What do you think?

Thats what I was thinking. I would be to tempted to mod again. The PS3 was the choice I made for that reason and more of my friends game on the PSN.

Also ill have all new generation consoles WII/XBOX360/PS3 + PS2 and DSI :-)

PS: Are shooters better played with XBOX controller or PS3? (I prefer XBOX's thouhg) and I prefer PS3's for soccer games.

Why have 2 systems that do the same thing? If you go the ps3 route then you get their exclusives as well and free online play. This is the option I went with going in to buying a 360 as I had a ps3 first.

Playing fps'ers imo is just a matter of adjusting to the controller although I must say the position of the analog sticks on the 360 feel more natural for me but it's personal preference as I still prefer mouse/keyboard over any controller.

I've owned both consoles for a while and I only use the PS3 for exclusives. PSN is crap compared to Live. Literally the only thing it does better is the price, but even then you'll regularly find that the exact same downloadable games or map packs are more expensive on PSN. If there are PS3 exclusives that you're interested in, or you want a Blu-Ray player as well as a games machine, then it's a good buy, but if you're buying it primarily as an online multiplayer machine, it's not worth it IMO.
