OK i just downloaded my first game just cause 2 and I ended up with a bunch of winrar file I try to extract them but they say that they are not zip files are they corrupt files? Im try a different torrent but when they are .rar files do I just extract them all to get the iso? and sorry if we're not supposed to talk about torrents

Run it through abgx and burn the .DVD not the .ISO as suggested. This will set the layerbreak for you ;)

the .dvd does not put the layer break in on ALL drives....it is safest to put the layerbreak in yourself because of this. After all for those who use the high quality verbs don't want to waste $2 a game or even more sometimes....

I think the problem is he hasnt downloaded winrar, he is using winzip. That or he is selecting more than just the winrar files to extract.

which drives does it not set the layerbreak on? I though the whole point of the .dvd file was so you dont have to set the layerbreak. I have never heard this mentioned before.

I guess the first one I downloaded was a fake or had corrupt files I downloaded a different torrent and highlited all rar files and extracted and it worked. Thanks for help.

Im not sure which drives it doesnt set it on, it has set it on mine everytime but just in case I changed the settings to do it anyway and use that as the default just in case.

You only have to select ONE of the RARs. Just right-click any ONE of the RARs and extract it.

Beats me. I've used seven different burners including a Yamaha from 2003 (my very first DVD burner). The layerbreak worked on them all.
