Hi guys,
I'm very new to flashing Xbox but everything has been going fine. I'm running LT 1.0 on a Samsung ms28 drive.

I have just burnt NFS:HP and it has come up with a message saying that an update is available from Xbox Live. Would it be safe to install this update or would that get me banned?

I would like to keep the console unbanned if possible as I want to use live.

The game will still play fine without the update but signs me out of live.
