No Game Icon After HDD Install

There may very well be a simple answer to this question, so please be kind when answering (and if I need to go to Google, just give me the key search terms since I cannot locate any info on this issue anywhere).

I've created an iso of a game and then used ISO2GOD on my pc before placing the folding in the content\000000000000000 on my 360 HDD. I have not changed anything about the file itself or the folder. When I go to play the game, I can see it in my list of games and the game does load, but the game does not have an icon (or picture based on what you call it) next to the name in the list.

Does anyone know if/what I am doing wrong and how do I fix it? Its more annoying than an issue.
