I know you can keep saved games by deleting the profile and then recovering it on an unbanned xbox. However, at the moment there is no way to play on a banned console, then play on live on an unbanned console and keep your achievements you earned while playing on the banned console correct?

There is a way. This should help you out man. It worked liked a charm for me.
