So I already got the new update to play GoW 3 n various XGD3 games.

But why can't it play games like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood or COD Black Ops (unsupported disc)

Fyi, it can still play old games like Batman Arkham Asylum, And Older games like Assassin's Creed 1

what's the deal?

check your backups with abgx. Chances are, the DAE table (AP2.5) has changed since you've backed them up. You might want to wait until the fall dash update comes out before you fix images with abgx and reburning games. The Table could change again by then. It's up to you if you have the extra blank media.
