I have flashed many xboxes so i generally know what im doing however i have just tried to reflash my liteon drive with LT+ and jungleflasher crashed on the erase/write bit.
Now jungleflasher wont detect the drive at all, it wont eject or anything!
Please someone tell me i can revive it? I'm dying to play NFS!
Yes, as Thosmos says, use dosflash. There are a ton of videos on youtube to help you along the way, as long as you have the dummy.bin file, you are okay.

No,Just make sure you have your key and the lt+ that you want to flash and then use lite-on erase. Make sure your tray is half way open(do it manually)
I had the same thing happen (Lite On 7). But after a few tries I got the drive to start to move again. I had forgotten to "Outro". So as far a I know it was in Vendor Mode still. I put it pack on the PC and went ot JF and hit "Outro" I made sure that I was on the same port because my PC or JF could not see the drive.
After that I got full control of the drive back. But PC or JF still does not recognize it. I can follow the steps of writing to the drive and everything works according to the log but PC and JF still do not see it.
I am reluctant to try online again until I get more insight. I have my original keys and would like a solid game plan before I try again as it seems I'm not the only one who has run into this.

It worked great for me. I was able to put back to 1.61 and it was like I started over. From there I went to LT+.....I cant see my Lite On anymore on the PC and JF but I am pretty confident that I did it correctly.
Can anyone confirm if the drive will not be seen by PC and JF after LT+ is Flashed??
