So i am not banned according to xbox.com as my console is still under warranty. I am waiting to go on live again until litetouch comes out. This question might be made in vain since it's pretty much speculation but if i wait and flash my 360 with litetouch do you think i will still get banned? I would just like to hear the reasoning behind either side cause i don't go on live that often and would rather not lose the features.

I wouldn't use xbox.com to base off whether you are banned or not. I have read several people have a banned console and xbox.com/support still allows them to request a repair on their console and shows their console under warranty.

You can try this before you go online to prevent the loss of "install to hdd" feature if in fact your are banned.

I was trying to sort through my log from #fw but I'm pretty sure it works. The only thing I think you would have to worry about is if you did it and you weren't banned and you left it like that.
