Old iXtreme LT question

Hello.

I don't know if this was asked or answered before. If that is the case then I apologise.
I have the 'old' iXtreme LT firmware and I never inserted any AP25 game in the console. I wonder if it is safe for me to go on xbox live?
I'm planning to flash my console with the new LT fw, but first I want to know if my console won't be banned anyway. Flashing an already flagged or banned console would be pointess for me.

As long as you have stealthed checked your games, you **should** be OK. No one would be able to tell you for sure without you trying it.

All games ssv2 patched and successfully passed through abgx. I'm gonna try it this weekend hopefully without problems, then I can proceed with procuring myself the new firmware.

Went online and played an XBLA game, no problems at all. Tonight I'm gonna try a real ssv2 patched game. Will let you know.
