I got a used xbox 360 off of craigs list. The guy said it would red any discs.

I Adjusted the POT to about 2.9 and when i tried a game(a retail copy) it said play dvd and I did. After that it took me to another screen which did not work.

anyway i thought maybe flashing it would help so i did with 1.6 and no alls it will say is open tray even with a disc in there. any ideas??
