I have a 360 pro with a dg 16d2s drive and I been trying to fix the open tray errr for like 2 hrs nows. I have move the 2 little holes near the lens the 2 on the bottom and one like one on the side and still cant get it to read all the time, it read some times but if i try again it wornt. can any1 help me pls im going nuts and i dont want to spend $30 on a new one ; ;

You need to use a multi meter to do a POT cal or buy a new drive. $20 shipped.
