I have the original XBOX game "Hunter: the Reckoning - Redeemer" but it isn't compatible with the XBOX 360. (Nor is there an update for it) Is there anyway to get this game to run on the XBOX 360?

If its not on the compatibly list than no it will not work. If you have a JTAG 360 than there is a hacked version of the xbox 1 emulator and some games that are not on the list are confirmed working.
