I Thank You it seems i have the whole thing wrong, I must have blacked out during the process and forgot how it went together I have to redue, I will let you know if i am successful. Side note I got some of my mechanical mojo back i installed a new furnace at my house works great.

It opens and shuts i can hear the normal sounds of disk search but doesnt start media or game i checked settings for auto start when inserted, I am thinking that adjustment to laser may be needed. switch "D" and switch "B" would not make the differance would it, the picture at thoses locations is kind of blury it takes on what ever appearance I want to see the top wire changes the more i concentrate I cant be sure if I have them Correctly. It does seem to be opperating correctly as far as sounds that come from housing. I have to let it go for a couple of days, Work calls, Thanks I could not have gotten this far without Your help.

I am back I am going to get back into it, Ill start with switching the white wires around cuz the drive did read movies when i first installed it. Just not the xbox games, and right now I have a feeling that The problem is that, I will let you know if successful
