hey, does anyone know if i get ban if i play original game on my mod xbox360? or no matter what i play, i will still get banned. thank you

i had play a burn game before, i havne't play it online for like 2 month. since school start.

If you played a burned game before then you are definitely at risk of getting banned. There really isn't anyway to tell other than just to go on XBL. If you are really that concerned, you should just keep playing games offline and if you really want to play online get another console.
