Please help with dual boot cygnos nand flashing

Hey all,
Right I had a jtagged 360 and decided I wanted a cygnos chip installed so I could dual boot it.
I sent it away and the chap who was going to do it has flashed the 360 nand back to stock from the image I gave him.
This is the latest message he has sent.

I've reflashed your orig.bin back to your xbox so with cygnos off it boots to 7173 again.

However i'm now stuck at getting a suitable .bin file to compile for flashing to the cygnos nand side. I think i've got all the right files but they don't make it easy to work anything out and I haven't got a clue when it comes to python.

If anyone can help I would be very appreciative.
