Suspended due to non-functional email address

i cant install portio32 in my windows vista at first my av was stoping the download of the driver so i uninstalled my antivirus and downloaded it again but nothing i keep getting system cannot find file specified so is there something else blocking that file i dont know?

Click start and type: 

hdwwiz
That will bring up the install wizard so you can manually install it.
