PortIO32 not working! please help!

Ok so i am trying to flash my samsung drive and i am using this
guide to do so...

I hooked up my new via vt6421 card to my computer and installed the drivers. Then i installed portIO32. After i did this, i went into jungleflasher and it read my via card fine. Then, as the tut says, i went into device manager and disabled my via card. Then i went into my drivers folder and deleted viamram.sys to get the yellow ! by the via card.

Now, when go into jungleflasher, my via port is no longer recognized.

What should i do to get my card recognized through portIO32?

Once i get the card recognized how do i get my dvd drive to be recognized?
