as the pc posts (bios screen) keep pressing F8 and you will get an option screen
choose disable driver signature enforcement
then let windows start
now when you start jf dont forget to run as administrator (right click short cut icon on desktop)

when you reboot and you see the first screen start pusing f8 not just one time push it over and over again and see if it boots up the screen, if not there are programs that will force a boot into that screen like easybcd and there is also one called overrider if you need to find one of these programs google it, i have never had any problems with it myself but each bios is different.

just dual boot windows XP and do it. so much less hassle, and the F8 command is universal because it's a Windows system command rather than bios

Did you turn off UAC (User Acount Control)?
Did you run DSEO and choose "sign a system file", then type the location path of the portio64.sys driver so it can sign it?
Example:
My JungleFlasher folder is on the E drive.
Choose "sign a system file" then select next.
Now it ask for the path of the driver you want to sign, so I would type E://JungleFlasher/portio64.sys then press OK.
You might also want to make sure DSEO is in test mode first before singing the system file. The PortIO-Kai_Schtrom.txt file in JungleFlasher says to sign the system file first then put DSEO in test mode. If you read DSEMO website it says to start test mode first then sign the system file.
So if you havent tried yet, start DSEO first and choose test mode. Then after rebooting the PC choose "sign a system file" and enter the path to the portio64.sys file.
Make sure you run DSEO as administrator.
