I turned on my xbox this morning with no problems! This afternoon when I turned it on I have red lights and an E 73 on my screen. I had the ring of death on another console and this appears to be the same thing? Is there an easy fix I can do myself or should I let someone else fix this for me?

focus your search around the Ethernet port, it could be as simple as the prongs inside are bent and touching each other
