You didn't state that before.
All I can think of is that your ActivateISO is different from your other games somehow, Whether it's the burn speed , the program used to burn, the type of disc, etc. If it's burned correctly, then maybe it's the media type, putting it out of the range of read of your calibration settings. Tweak the bot a little bit more to see if it can catch that ActISO. Or maybe re-burn the ActISO.
