UPDATE- sorry i solved the problem i do apologize as i don't know how to close the thread

I followed the official jungle flasher guide and i feel that im doing everything right but when it comes to the part where it says

''Extract Complete! To continue,you must:Ensure Probe is removed..Power off drive...Wait 5 seconds....power on...then press ok

I keep getting the PhatKey failed message. I also put the tray half way before i tried to extract the key from the MPX01 hole.Ive tried for 6 hours straight I would really appreciate any help.

I understand it could be the 5 second rule but I know I counted 5 seconds perfectly fine but I even tried letting go of the probe 3 button early and late but honestly nothing seems to work, I don't know what else to do.

(please don't tell me to google been there done that i been reading the official jungleflasher guide and i only post as a last resort)
