i flashed my lite-on 74850c drive based on the tuts from this link http://xbox-experts.com/tutorial/flash-your-liteon-for-free/ . i used a dku-5 cable as the probe and powered the drive using my xbox 360.

the firmware used was ixtreme LT v1.1. i tried a demo which i had burned onto a disc to see if it works. well...it did.

i then proceeded to update my console to 9199 through live. After the update i tried playing an original xbox360 game only for it to say play DVD. it wouldnt read the xbox360 dvd. not even one.

i thought about doing a reflash ONLY to realise that jungleflasher wouldnt detect my drive.

i also realised dat when i attempt to eject my drive the laser becomes active instead and would only open after pressing the eject button again.

could this problem be because i updated the console? i realy need help. why wont jungle flasher detect my drive after the update.

this is the log after the flash:
